Knowledgeable Consumption is a Not-for-profit organization that is operating and developing Ottawa’s premiered beverage festivals. We currently have two festivals that we deliver to the Ottawa region. In 2018 we will be adding more festivals to our line-up.

The Ottawa Beer Festival is the largest beer festival in eastern Ontario.  We are entering into our seventh year and we have seen amazing growth. The support from the industry as well as our community has shown that this is a festival that will lead the community for many years to come. The festivals main focus on craft beer we also present a few international beers and some ciders.

The Whisky Ottawa Festival has brought together again more whiskeys under one roof that has ever seen before in the Ottawa region. This forth edition of Whiskey Ottawa Festival has been a well attended event again showing the love for whisky in the Ottawa region.

The City of Ottawa is the second largest whiskey market in Ontario. As our city grows and so dose the services and entertainment within it, we have brought over 100 whiskys together for sampling at this years edition of Whiskey Ottawa.

Whiskey Ottawa another premier festival that is going to grow to great success in the Ottawa market.

The Ottawa Craft Beer Festival (Autumn Fest) is the largest craft beer festival in Ontario.  We are entering into our seventh year and we have seen amazing growth. The support from the industry as well as our community has shown that this is a festival that will lead the community for many years to come. The festivals main focus on craft beer we also present a few international beers and some ciders.

Within all of our festivals our team applies their many years of experience into creating experiential atmosphere for our visitors, vendors and our sponsors. Creating a balance that works for all stakeholders involved is vital and delicate at the same time.

To Whom It May Concern:

Within the development and delivery of these festivals we naturally have a goal of balancing budgets. We also have other goals stated here in our Mission Statement.

To provide effective guidance for people with special needs

to live healthy, active lives!

To achieve these goals in our Mission Statement is it important that we build strong relationships. It is never easy to please all the people all the time, but it is easy to ensure that everyone is properly informed and there is an opportunity to discuss situations and resolve them in a fair and equitable manner. I find it extremely important when building business relationships to be clear and transparent with all communication. At the end of the day I believe we all have the same goals to present our product to the public in a professional manner keeping in mind our budgets.

I look forward to discussing opportunities with you at any time.

Thank you for your interest and support,
